Peter Coyle’s Grandfather, James Henry Coyle owned and operated Coyle & Co Real Estate in Bondi, with the earliest listing of property for sale or lease listed in The Daily Telegraph & The Sydney Morning Herald.
1904 - 1914
James Henry Coyle owned and operated Real Estate offices in Martin Place, Paddington & Bondi.
1920
Jim Coyle (Peter’s Father) and Frank Everett established and operated independent real estate firms in Bondi Beach.
1975
Jim’s son Peter and Frank’s son Geoff brought the two companies together, creating Coyle & Everett Real Estate.
1982
Welcomed new Principal Graham Butcher.
1992
Coyle & Everett Pty Ltd joined the Nationwide Real Estate Franchise Group.
2000
Welcomed new Principals Ryan Coyle and Marcus Stamatatos with Geoff Everett retiring.
2002
Coyle & Everett Pty Ltd stepped away from Nationwide and joined Century 21.
2017
Broke away from the Century 21 franchise and rebranded as Coyle/Everett, once again becoming an independent Real Estate Company.
